The vendor is required to provide to complete pre-employment identity verifications, ensure employment eligibility, and corroborate historical educational and employment information and complete criminal and driving background histories as applicable.
- Conduct pre-employment background screenings when necessary for the county’s departments and agencies under the county executive.
- Responsible for completing pre-employment identity, employment eligibility, education and employment history verification, driver’s license search/MVR record and criminal background search services on select job candidates in various county agencies and departments.
- Job candidates may be subject to some, but not all of these verifications and searches dependent upon the duties of the position.
- Prepared to complete approximately 600 verifications and/or checks per year with case completion results reported only to the appropriate county staff via secure electronic means with 5 business days from the day of request.
