- The District currently maintains a broad, multi-line insurance program including property, liability, auto, crime, cyber, pollution, and specialty coverages.
- The program includes high-limit pooled risk structures, shared aggregates, and specialized education-sector protections.

• Minimum Per Occurrence Limit: $1,000,000,000
• District-level property coverage: ≥ $250,000,000 per occurrence
• Must include minimum sublimits:
• Flood: ≥ $100,000,000
• Earth Movement: ≥ $100,000,000
• Ordinance/Law: ≥ $25,000,000
• Debris Removal: ≥ $15,000,000
• Business Interruption / Extra Expense: ≥$25,000,000
