The Vendor is required to provide an internal network consisting of a firewall, eight access network switches, and an Azure hosted virtual domain controller providing file and print services.
- There are three secondary switches that assist with the support of three wireless networks, computers, and printers, a menu system, and timeclocks.
- The Azure server provides domain authentication through a VPN tunnel with synchronized M365 and domain passwords.

- The Managed Services Provider (MSP) will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and maintaining village's IT systems and network, as well as providing technical support and advice.
- Services include:
• Provide 24x7 unlimited technical support.
• Create a baseline of assets & configurations to identify it service & infrastructure stability risks as well as potential vulnerabilities and exploits.
• Assess current environment and prepare roadmaps for continued success.
• Offer a dedicated account manager, to help manage village's expectations and liaise with all non-technical issues.
• To align your digital transformation, security posture and operational goals into achievable and budgeting timeline.
• The service provider shall implement continuous monitoring of the performance, stability, and security of all village’s devices and it services.
• This monitoring must utilize predictive failure analysis to proactively identify potential issues before they result in service disruption.
• Upon detection of an impending failure, the system shall automatically initiate diagnostic and remediation processes to address the issue.
• This approach is intended to minimize technology related interruptions, thereby safeguarding organizational productivity and reducing operational risk.
• Routine maintenance tasks, aimed at enhancing the performance and reliability of it devices, shall be carried out on a monthly and quarterly basis or other frequency as advised by the MSP.
• Each preventative maintenance activity will be monitored, evaluated and communicated by the MSP.
• This process is designed to maintain the overall stability of devices and it services.
• Developing and implementing a service level agreement (SLA) that defines the roles, responsibilities, expectations, and performance metrics of the MSP and village.
• Providing the managed services as described above and ensuring their quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Reporting and communicating regularly with village’s leadership and other stakeholders on the status and performance of the IT infrastructure and the managed services.
• Reviewing and improving the managed services continuously and proactively based on the feedback and changing needs of village.
• Remediation of findings from security audit from March 2024 to be provided to the vendor that is selected.
