• Providing industry leading market research and insights on maters contemplated in this proposal document.
• Conducting independent, tailored and objective research on various IT topics using a broad network of resources and tools.
• Scanning, analyzing and reporting on comparable jurisdictions to inform the agency strategic directions and decision making.
• Analyzing and gathering information on emerging IT trends impacting technology, innovation, industry trends, software assessments, hardware and infrastructure, cloud services, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data management, and other related areas.
2. Research Materials, Resources, and Tools
• Providing access to world-class published research materials and tools, including, but not limited to, research papers, best practices, product information, market analysis, jurisdictional scans, articles, case studies, presentations, journals and reports on matters contemplated in this proposal document.
• Providing access to the Vendor’s materials, resources, and tools through subscriptions to databases and information networks.

• Providing expertise, insights and recommended solutions on the agency strategic priorities based on industry best practices and extensive knowledge.
• Providing support and services that facilitate cultural and organizational change to support digital transformation and strategic initiatives. This includes strategies for managing change resistance, fostering innovation culture, and enhancing agility.
4. Advisory and Consultation Services: Technology Innovations
• Advising on technology trends and emerging innovations, market analysis and jurisdictional analysis, which include, but are not limited to, advice on crypto currency technology trends and related emerging issues and outcomes.
• Identifying and recommending opportunities for digital transformation, technology investments, and integration of cloud services, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies.
