•    Experience working at a university would be an asset
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
•    Experience using and developing oracle Pl and SQL
•    Experience using t-SQL
•    Proven ability to produce clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation deliverables, including technical specifications, process workflows
•    Demonstrated ability to conduct current state, future state and gap analysis
•    Experience with Argos would be an asset
•    Experience with microsoft azure would be an asset

•    Demonstrated working knowledge using microsoft power platform and azure components including experience in:
o    Power apps (canvas apps and model-driven apps)
o    Power automates
o    Power automate desktop
o    Power bi reports and dashboards
o    Power pages
o    Power virtual agents
o    Data verse
o    Azure administration,
o    Configuration of SharePoint online (site admin, configuration of lists and libraries, MS teams, productivity tools in microsoft office 365)
•    Knowledge of data modelling and relational database concepts.
•    Possess a working knowledge in the use of DeVos and GIT
•    Ability to engage in problem analysis, research of potential solutions and report preparation while acting as a consultant to users in defining the effectiveness of proposed systems.
•    Microsoft certifications such as the following would be considered an asset:
•    Power platform fundamentals (pl-900) - at least one of power platform app maker (pl-100), power platform functional consultant associate (pl-200), power platform developer associate (pl-400) - power automate RPA developer (pl500) - azure fundamentals (az-900)
- Senior azure specialists
•    Microsoft certified: azure solutions architect expert, azure administrator associate, or equivalent. 
•    Experience working at a university would be an asset 
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
•    Extensive knowledge of azure services (compute, networking, storage, security, and identity). 
•    Extensive experience designing, building, testing and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective azure solutions. 
•    Strong understanding of azure security best practices, identity management, and regulatory compliance. 
•    Expertise in azure networking 
•    Ability to provide subject matter expertise and recommendations based on best practice 
•    Ability to integrate azure services with on-premises systems and third-party applications. 
•    Advanced problem-solving skills for complex cloud environments.
