IT Hardware, Software and Professional Services

The Vendor is required to provide for information technology (“IT”) hardware, software and professional services 
- General
•    Account Manager for administering and coordinating all Services
•    Provide the expertise required; and is able to implement themselves or in conjunction with already established partnerships and internal staff.
•    Collaborate with the City to ensure business practices, business environment and major stakeholder objectives are understood throughout the term of the business relationship.
•    Primarily available to provide Services between 8:00am – 4:30PM PDT, Monday to Friday3
- Services
•    Support, consulting and ongoing improvements to Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online implementations;
•    Support, management, administration and ongoing improvements of Data Centre hardware and infrastructure;
•    Align back office and support technologies and infrastructure to Network Architecture;
•    Support, consulting and professional services for cloud workloads that adhere to state Laws;
•    Provide hardware and software licensing, procurement and support services;
•    Flow through for staff augmentation, contract resources, software and hardware;
•    Provide managed services for hardware lifecycle management including onsite Tier 1 support and troubleshooting;
•    Provide managed services to support and operate Microsoft Endpoint Manager implementation;
•    Develop Collaboration Capabilities roadmap and implementation options;
•    End user desktop and laptop installation and support;
•    Server and infrastructure management at various City data centers and facilities;
•    Support of field technology; and
•    A dedicated, experienced Account Manager will be supplied by the Contractor, be readily available to assist with current and upcoming initiatives, be the key contact for all work being performed by the Contractor and their subcontractors and be the Project Manager for initiatives the Contractor is involved in. In all cases, training and knowledge transfer to internal staff is required to ensure they are proficient and able to support and maintain systems, processes and technologies that are implemented.
