Security Control Centre IT Modernization Services

The Vendor is required to provide for security control center it modernization project.
- It currently supports 173 on-site cameras/call stations and two license plate readers, performs video capture/archiving and access control for agency buildings as well as interior door entry points, and manages physical key tracking.
- Live (24 x 7) video monitoring of the peninsula (Point Frederick) and agency buildings, including student dormitories.
- Voice and Video Call boxes at entry doors to agency buildings.
- Vehicle license plate reading to ensure vehicles on premises are registered with Parking Services.
- Genetec software licenses include the following:
• Access Control (using agency ID Card)
• Synergis access control
• AutoVu license plate recognition (LPR) and two LPR camera licenses
• Omnicast video surveillance
• Server-side failover for Omnicast (quantity 1)
• Genetec directory server role (quantity 2)
• Federation connector license (quantity 1)
• Visitor management license (quantity 1)
• Camera connector license (quantity 184)
• Redundant camera connector licenses (quantity 238)
• 155 licenses attached to the HID EDGE EVO EH400-K standard controller purchased through Genetec
• 69 additional reader licenses for Edge EVO devices
• VertX EVO V1000 Networked Controller
- Provide a cloud-based Video Surveillance solution that supports all existing cameras and call boxes.
