The vendor is required to provide an experienced workers' compensation or crime victims' compensation attorney to represent a claimant in a crime victims' compensation appeal before the agency.
- Provide legal representation consistent with the obligations set forth in the rules of professional conduct, court rules, and agency rules as set forth in WAC 263-12;
- Submit monthly statements indicating number of hours worked on behalf of injured worker and a general description of the work performed, billed in 0.1-hour increments; and
- Maintain professional liability insurance with minimum coverage limits of not less than $200,000 per claim and $500,000 in aggregate liability
