The Vendor is required to provide to describe resource family approval (RFA) and family finding services for county.
- Division utilizes evidence-based, trauma-informed, family-focused strategies to aid in the wellness and rehabilitation of youth and families involved in the juvenile justice system.
- The development division offers and connects youth and families to various no-cost programs and services to limit and eliminate contact with the justice system.
- The development division believes in a collaborative approach to addressing the complex issues of crime and delinquency.
- The development division thrives on leveraging models that include robust partnerships and engagement with federal, state, local, and community-based agencies.
- The target population for this program is system-involved youth who meet all three (3) conditions below:
1. Have been referred to department for a criminal offense.
2. Are between the ages of 12-21 years old.
3. Are at risk of removal from their current home or environment.
