Right-Of-Way Acquisition Legal Services

The Vendor is required to provide for right of way acquisition legal services for county.
- Closing/Final Title Certificate: state law dictates that a licensed attorney must oversee all real estate closings, ensuring expertise in land transfer and title work. The closing will finalize the transfer of property needed for the transportation project. A Final Title Certificate and a completed closing statement must accompany each deed.
- Provide a Land Acquisition Manager to act as liaison and advisor.
