Customer Relationship Management Implementation Partner Services

The vendor is required to provide customer relationship management (CRM) implementation partner services for include:
1. Admissions and recruiting (A&R) business transformation
• Transform A&R business processes using slate CRM including impacts and improvements for employees
• This is in scope for require an implementer to assist with the business transformation activities to ensure alignment between the A&R business processes and the slate toolset
• We are an Ellucian institution and have selected slate CRM to facilitate the changes required to integrate with our provincial application and transcript system, which is also an opportunity to transform our business process to become more competitive.
2. Integrated service delivery model (ISDM) business transformation
• Transform students division business processes and staff roles to support the new ISDM model blueprint created in 2024
• Department has already engaged a strategic partner to assist with this and therefore
• Implementation of the case-management in the success module
3. Building the g-wing physical space
• This will be the physical location and embodiment of the integrated service delivery model via the student commons
• This construction project is well underway and is expected to be complete in august 2026
