Consulting Services for Procurement

The vendor is required to provide consulting services for the recommendation and procurement of a next-generation advanced metering infrastructure (AMI 2.0).
- Provide services with the following deliverables:
• Complete an assessment of agency current AMI system’s capabilities and deficiencies
• Lead internal requirement gathering sessions, and leverage their industry knowledge to build and assess use cases for advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) 2.0 deployment
• Complete an industry scan and present vendors and technologies capable of meeting following current and future requirements
• Development for AMI 2.0 vendor selection
• Assist in the evaluation and provide a final recommendation of the interested vendors
• Development of the business case for AMI 2.0 procurement
