Senior Application Developer Consultant Services

The vendor is required to provide senior application developer consultant the following services:
- Senior application developer:
• Configure and customize housing’s dynamics 365 home system, applying advanced knowledge of coding, solution architecture, and best practices.
• Translate functional and system requirements into detailed technical specifications and working solutions.
• Design and implement scalable, secure application architecture, including database schema and entity relationships.
• Plan, execute, and manage production releases using housing’s established configuration and release methodology, including solution management, build tracking, deployment, and data migration.
• Develop, maintain, and support digital interfaces between housing’s systems and the government of state enterprise resource planning (ERP) financial system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including root cause analysis and remediation planning.
• Collaborate with other developers, analysts, and stakeholders as part of agile delivery teams; provide regular updates on status, risks, and progress.
