Regional Emergency Management Plan Services

The vendor is required to provide to develop a regional emergency management plan.
- The consultant will be responsible for developing and providing the following:
• Description of emergency management program]
• Procedures to implement the response phase of the emergency management program
• Response description, structure, and activities
• Preparedness description and activities
• Procedure for “after action reports” of exercises, training, or activations
• List of assigned employees and elected officials, by position.
• Procedure to create and maintain emergency contact lists
• Crisis communications plan (alerts, social media, etc.)
• Plan review schedule
• Procedure for plan review/development
• Delegations of authority
• Community evacuation plans*
• Emergency social services plan*
• Appropriate and applicable templates (i.e., state of local emergency).
