The Vendor is required to provide for the establishment of general project and program management related consultant rosters.
- A department may contract with a consultant on the appropriate roster for assignments or projects without a formal, advertised competitive process as long as each contract is estimated to cost below $410,000 and the department has determined that its needs can be fully met without soliciting proposals through public advertising.
