Project Management and Related Services

The vendor is required to provide project management and related services for include:
1. Planning and design support service
•    Including but not limited to the design coordination process, comprehensive review of drawings and specifications, development of funding and cost sharing options, preparation of reports, cost estimate and budgeting, risk analysis, and any other planning and design support services offered by the respondent.
2. Procurement and tender services
•    Including but not limited to lead and manage client’s applications necessary for the provision of construction projects and approval process, co-ordination of pre-tender site meetings, procure construction implementation including prequalification, tendering, issuing of addenda, analysis of bids, verification of references, contract negotiation, preparation of contract documents, ensuring receipt of bonding, insurance, WSIB, and any other applicable documentation, reviewing project budget and timeline objectives, and any other procurement and tender services offered by the respondent.
3. Construction services
•    Including but not limited to preconstruction meetings, detailed scheduling and coordination, management of inspection, management and approval of construction changes, site inspections, approvals of progress payments, completion of certificates, management of deficiency and warranty work, commissioning, operating manuals, record documentation and any other construction management services offered by the respondent.
4. Close-out support services
•    Including but not limited to obtaining certificate of substantial completion, identification of and management of process to correct deficiencies, facilitating final municipal inspections and approvals, ensuring preparation and receipt of statutory declarations, warranties, manuals, and as built drawings, and any other close-out support services offered by the respondent.
5. Miscellaneous related services and solutions
•    Including but not limited to real estate management services, engineering and design services, property valuation services, building systems, design, maintenance, and replacement, capital project planning, cost management services, infrastructure advisory services, project management office services, strategic procurement services, equipment, furniture planning and move readiness, training, and other related services offered by the respondent.
