The vendor required to provide change management consultant services for the financial systems modernization (FSM) project is a strategic, cross-departmental initiative to modernize the county’s financial, payroll, and reporting systems.
- Organizational change management (OCM):
• Develop and implement an OCM strategy and roadmap aligned to the FSM project plan.
• Conduct change impact and stakeholder readiness assessments.
• Design and execute adoption and engagement activities.
- Communications
• Create and manage internal communications plans and products (e.g., newsletters, FAQs, updates).
• Serve as liaison for messaging between the project team and county departments.
• Support leadership communications and town hall content development.
- Training coordination
• Collaborate with vendors and county subject matter experts (SMES) to develop the end-user training plan.
• Schedule and promote training events and manage participant logistics.
• Collect feedback and ensure continuous improvement of training activities.
- UAT support
• Assist in coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) communications, logistics, and scheduling.
• Ensure UAT participants are informed, prepared, and supported.
