Culture and Engagement Consulting Services

The vendor required to provide culture and engagement consulting services for include:
•    Development of assessment: work with clients to identify needs and select appropriate tools to assess the baseline culture and engagement (for example, survey development).
•    Facilitation of assessment: deliver mechanisms to complete the assessment (for example, survey platform, focus groups, etc.).
•    Analysis: analyze collected data to generate meaningful insights that enable informed decision-making. 
•    Recommendations: provide actionable recommendations to improve workplace culture, employee experience, and overall engagement levels.
