Project Management Site Support Services

The vendor required to provide project management site support services throughout the design and construction phases until the post-construction phase of the project.
- Requirement:
•    Local support and monitoring during design and construction.
•    Contract administration and quality assurance.
•    Project start-up activities.
•    Review and analysis of project documents, including identification of gaps of information.
•    Design builder qualification.
•    Design monitoring and coordination.
•    Construction and commissioning monitoring and coordination.
•    Specialized consultancy services to ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Language of work
•    The project lead must be proficient in both english and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally in both official languages of country. 
•    The resulting contract will require work to be performed in english and French. 
•    The deliverables must be submitted in either english or French as required by the project. 
•    If documentation is provided in english by the design-builder, the consultant must have the capacity to review, analyze and comment on the documentation in english.
