The Vendor is required to provide business development plan that operationalizes council’s strategic plan into clear organizational priorities, cross-departmental initiatives, and a practical implementation framework.
- Requirement:
• Review of relevant background documentation, including the city’s strategic plan and other materials provided by the city.
• Targeted discovery and engagement with the executive leadership team, including interviews and facilitation of structured working sessions.
• Development of a focused and manageable set of recommended corporate priorities and associated cross-departmental initiatives.
• Support for disciplined prioritization, including identification of initiatives to be advanced, deferred, or discontinued.
• Draft corporate business development plan content for the city’s use, including priorities, initiatives, and implementation considerations (graphic design not required).
• Development of a practical implementation and performance framework, including recommended accountabilities, progress-tracking approach, and reporting cadence.
