Consultant Support Services

The vendor is required to provide consultant support services for downtown area redevelopment plan (DARP).
- Requirement:
• Review all relevant documents and reports;
• Participation in project meetings and advisory committee meetings as required;
• Opportunity mapping to identify redevelopment sites, analyze underutilized or vacant lands, identify public realm and streets aping opportunities, and economic development opportunities;
• Provision of opportunity mapping diagrams and site -specific concept sketches or test fits;
• Development of a downtown vision and design framework;
• Preparation of a minimum of two (2) concept options that integrate land use, mobility, streetscape, public realm, and place making
• Development of streetscape, public realm, built form, and design guideline illustrations; and
• Assistance in the development of design guidelines with town project team.
