The Vendor is required to provide for marketing and communication services based on business needs.
- Campaign and Creative Services
• Campaign development including art direction, graphic design and copywriting.
• Production of creative assets (ex: advertisements, marketing tools, etc.).
• Digital content including targeted ads, social media, copywriting and other digital marketing assets.
- Design and Production
• Graphic design.
• Production of creative assets (ex: resizing ads, template creation, etc.)
• Video production and editing.
- Marketing and Communications Strategy
• Development of multi-year strategic sales, marketing and public relations plans including discovery/research and metrics/evaluation.
• Project-based marketing/communications plans.
• Strategic counsel and direction as needed on marketing, communications, community/stakeholder engagement opportunities.
- Media Planning and Buying
• Development of media strategies based on project or organization’s goals and targets.
• Media buying and placement including campaign management in all forms of media, including Google AdWords, Google Display Network, print media, broadcast, etc.
• Monitoring and evaluation of media campaigns and effectiveness.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
