- Provide a cloud-based solution that provides media monitoring and market/consumer intelligence services for its strategic communications and initiatives division, that is capable of meeting its business and operational needs.
- Encompasses five (5) teams:
• Media, Public Relations and City Communications
• Marketing and Sponsorship
• Research, Engagement and Partnerships
• Digital Strategy and Experience
• Creative Services, Social Media and Digital Assets, and Events and Internal Communications
- A system in which City staff will use this platform solution to perform proactive media monitoring, research, analysis, insight generation, information-sharing, and reporting on topics, issues and audiences related to the City.
- A social media management tool/platform at this time, the ability to monitor news media coverage through various online channels is required.
- This project includes supply, installation, configuration, subscription, maintenance & support, licensing, professional services, integration, and ongoing annual operating costs.
- The analytics and reporting functionality included within your proposed solution. Include samples of various reports and screenshots to help illustrate its capabilities.
- The artificial intelligence (AI) or similar capabilities included within your solution. Clearly explain the AI functions and benefits, and include screenshots or visuals to illustrate.
- Provide ongoing customer service and maintenance support to help ensure client success.
