Vendors to provide professional video review, redaction, processing, and related public records request support services.
- Video Review to perform the following services:
• Review specified video footage for responsiveness to a PRA request or based upon dates, times, locations, cameras, and other criteria supplied by the County.
• Identify portions of footage responsive to the County's instructions.
• Identify and document relevant timestamps.
• Identify footage requiring redaction based upon instructions provided by the County.
• Maintain an accurate record of footage reviewed and processed.
• Fully return all copies of original and redacted videos. Video storage is not required.
- Video Redaction services may include, but are not limited to:
• Blurring or obscuring faces.
• Blurring or obscuring license plates.
• Redacting personal identifying information.
• Redacting documents, computer screens, or other sensitive information visible in recordings.
• Redacting information specifically identified by County staff or County Counsel.
• Applying other technical redactions directed by the County.
• Audio redaction is not anticipated at this time.
Proposals for MKTG-2731 are due by October 26, 2026.
