• Filmed in 4k resolution using professional-grade equipment:
o Provide a minimum of two cameras to ensure high‑quality video production.
• Inclusion of licensed music, graphics, lower thirds, and archival material as supplied
• Interviews with residents, business owners, historians, and community groups
• On-location b-roll across hamlets, villages, and rural areas of the municipality
• Incorporation of drone footage captured by an experienced and certified operator (to be included as part of the vendor’s production)
• Full professional editing, color grading, sound mixing, and mastering
- Short video cutdowns
• Eight short promotional videos (30-60 seconds each) suitable for social media channels with themes to be determined at a later date (in the preliminary meetings).
• Requirements include:
o Optimized versions for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
o Inclusion of closed captions, branding, and title treatments
o Use of footage consistent with the tone and messaging of the main documentary
• Five teaser clips/gifs (3-6 seconds each) suitable for social media channels with themes to be determined at a later date (in the preliminary meetings).
• Requirements include:
o Optimized versions for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Webpage content package
• At least 30 professionally edited photographs captured during production, showcasing:
o Hamlets, villages, and rural landscapes
o Interview subjects (with permission)
o Behind‑the‑scenes or atmospheric shots for web use
o Key locations highlighted within the documentary
• Web‑ready video clips (10–20 seconds each) derived from project footage, intended for background banners, embedded clips, or standalone promotional use.
• All assets must be:
o Delivered in high‑resolution and 4k video formats
o Color‑corrected and optimized for digital display
o Cleared for unlimited municipal use, including web, social media, and promotional materials
• A simple asset index listing each photo and clip with location details
- Accessible formats
• Closed captions compliant with AODA standards
• Audio description track for the full documentary
• Transcript of all spoken content
- Final file delivery
• Master 4k files for all videos
• Compressed web-ready versions
• Project files and raw footage if requested by the municipality
• All photo and video collected will be the copyright and property of city
• Provide a photo release form that the vendor must have all subjects complete and submit to the municipality, matched to the index.
