Event Setup Services

The Vendor is required to provide transportation and set up of university owned and stored staging, event, and décor elements with the ability to provide additional rental support materials as needed to supplement the event build.
- Objectives:
• To create a long-term, mutually beneficial, strategic relationship
• To reduce the costs of setup services.
• To work with the University on operational efficiencies
- provide TV platforms and skirting with plain white material as shown in pictures, leaving a space for TV camera men to step up on to the platform.
- Provide skirting for sound towers on north and south sides of stage.
- Platform to be set for Sign Language interpreters on the floor of the field. Locations of platform shall be determined prior to the event. Dimension should be approximately 4’ x 4’ x 12”.
- Live trees will be provided for the event only and placed on stage according to florist and specifications provided by the University.
