Media Production Services

The Vendor is required to provide ongoing media production services, including photography, videography, video editing, and digital content creation.
- All media production services providers must comply with the following standards:
• Adherence to the city branding and communication guidelines.
• Compliance with all relevant copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Conformance to industry standards for video and audio quality (e.g., HD or 4k resolution, professional sound recording).
• Accessibility standards, including closed captioning for video content where applicable.
• Data security and privacy standards to protect any sensitive information handled during the project.
