Elder Abuse Strategy Review Services

The Vendor is required to provide elder abuse strategy review services for include:
• Organizing and facilitating a commencement meeting and developing a detailed work plan, including timelines and milestones.
• Reviewing and leveraging findings from the elder abuse strategy evaluation, elder abuse prevalence studies (2023-24 and 2026-27), environmental scanning, stakeholder engagement and relevant grant funded initiatives. The contractor will describe how these evidence sources will be integrated into options development, recommendations and final reporting.
• Identifying internal and external stakeholders, in collaboration with department staff.
• Identifying and familiarizing with current elder abuse grants.
• Identifying and familiarizing with the main stakeholders in the elder abuse space.
• Conducting targeted engagement that involves internal and external stakeholders.
• This assessment is intended to support future strategy renewal and funding decisions and focus on sustainability, strategic alignment, future funding considerations and opportunities to strengthen the overall elder abuse prevention and response system.
