Communications and Public Engagement Services shall include, at a minimum:
• Development of integrated media strategies across paid channels, including digital and traditional media.
• Media Planning, buying, trafficking, optimization, and reconciliation services.
• Management of multi-channel campaigns, including but not limited to:
• Digital (programmatic, social, search, display, video)
• Traditional (television, radio, print, out-of-home).
• Proponent negotiation and placement of media buys to achieve cost efficiencies and value-added opportunities.
• Campaign monitoring, optimization, and real-time adjustments to maximize performance.
• Coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors (e.g., creative agencies, research partners).
• Financial management, including budget pacing, reconciliation, and invoicing.
• Delivery of services in a timely, scalable, and responsive manner to support highvolume and time-sensitive campaigns.
