Production of direct-mail postcards, door hangers, flyers, bill stuffers, and print advertisements in local Eastern Shore publications. Monthly performance tracking and analytics reporting.
• Public Relations Analysis & Strategic Communications: Formulating an annual strategic communications plan. Drafting and distributing press releases, editorial columns, and executive talking points. Crisis communications support and rapid messaging during network restoration events.

• Legislative & Public Policy Support: Assisting ESVBA leadership with informational briefs, presentation decks, and white papers for local town councils, county boards of supervisors, and regional stakeholders.
