Vendors to provide videography and photography support services.
A. Videography Services
• Producing short-form and long-form videos for website, social media, internal communications, advertisements/commercials, presentations and other platforms.
• Event recording and production services, including lighting set-up, sound set-up, on-site videography and post-production editing.
• Filming interviews, employee profiles and testimonials.
• Capturing events, community initiatives, volunteer activities and organizational milestones.
• Capturing supplemental footage including b-roll, facility operations, employees, equipment, community settings and other relevant activities.
• Supports storyboarding and pre-production for all video pieces.
• Editing footage into finished videos with appropriate pacing, transitions and color correction, plus licensed audio mixing, music and graphics.
• Incorporating closed captioning, captions, titles, lower thirds, logos and other branded elements as requested.
• Providing alternate video lengths, aspect ratios, formats or versions for different distribution channels.
• Providing raw footage when requested and agreed upon in the project scope.
B. Photography Services
• Capturing professional photographs of facilities, equipment, events and organizational activities.
• Taking headshots of Board members, leaders and employees.
• Photographing community initiatives, partnerships, volunteer activities and other external engagement efforts.
• Producing environmental portraits, group photographs and candid images.
• Selecting, editing, retouching and delivering final images in formats suitable for digital and print use.
• Providing original, unedited image files when requested and agreed upon in the project scope.
