The Vendor is required to provide to perform intelligent transportation (ITS) infrastructure and network services and PM to include CCTV system, kiosks, digital signs, emergency phones, voice monitoring & PA system, switches/SAN, video wall and other ancillary equipment.
- Routine: Routine responses include the response to typical device failures.
- Provide maintenance for, but not limited to CCTV cameras, Public Address (PA) system, kiosks, emergency phones, switches/SAN/NMS, fiber network, Solarwinds Monitoring Software, TOC communications equipment and display (video wall and controller, etc.) and other ancillary equipment.
- Failure of the network could cause the loss of significant field equipment access and loss of revenue if the system must be shut down and its repair and maintenance must be of the highest priority.
- Failure to meet any requirement of the repair and schedule as agreed upon with department may be grounds for contract termination.
