• Provide general advice, assistance, appraisal reports or summaries as requested, in the negotiation of real estate tax appeals;

• Provide general advice, assistance, appraisal reports or summaries as requested, to assist the tax assessor's office with the valuation of complex properties;
• Attend settlement conferences and meetings regarding litigation between taxpayers and their representatives and the municipality for assessment purposes;
• Testify before the appropriate judicial or quasi-judicial body, including but not limited to the tax court of new jersey and the county board of taxation;
• All appraisal reports must be in compliance with the new jersey state appraisal board and must meet all standards set forth by the uniform standards of professional appraisal practice.
