• Approved non-aeronautical development
• Other airport-compatible uses approved by the airport
- Required aviation brokerage services:
1. Aviation-specific property and regulatory analysis
• Review airport layout plan (alp), grant assurances, and land-use restrictions.
• Identify aeronautical vs. non-aeronautical designations and approval requirements.
• Advise airport staff on compliance related to leasing and land use.
2. Aviation-focused marketing and leasing strategy
• Develop a targeted aviation real estate marketing plan specific to airport environments.
• Market airport property to aviation operators, cargo providers, manufacturers, and aviation-compatible tenants.
• Ensure all marketing materials reflect and airport land-use constraints.
3. Aviation tenant prospecting and outreach
• Actively solicit aviation-qualified tenants and developers.
• Maintain an aviation-specific prospect database.
• Coordinate site visits with aviation users.
4. Aviation lease structuring and negotiation support
• Assist with letters of intent (LOIS) and lease negotiations.
• Ensure lease compliance with grant assurances and fair market value requirements.

5. Reporting and coordination
