The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive applicant tracking system (ATS) to enable a more efficient and equitable means of handling recruitment needs.
- Interested in an applicant tracking system (ATS) to create job postings for various types of positions each with their unique interview plans, collect applications from internal and external candidates with ease for the user, collect interview evaluations from each member of the search committee at every stage of the interview process, offer scheduling assistance and integrations, set up virtual and onsite interviews within the ATS, communicate to candidates and search committee members through the ATS and integration with outlook, create customized approval queues, manage user roles and permissions, have a reporting and customizable reporting function, have excellent customer and technical support, and customize entire ATS system to the needs of agency.
- Candidate & job board features
• Post jobs to jobs page in a branded, customizable, and accessible website.
• Website may include other information targeting candidate such as benefits, interview process, etc.
• The jobs page should collect candidates’ information such as resume and cover letter as well as other documents and answers to questions as needed by each job.

• Each job and job type should have templates of process but also be open to customization of an interview plan as necessary.
1. Users with permission should easily be able to move applicants and jobs through each workflow instantly
• At each step of the interview process, there should be the ability to set criteria and collect evaluations from interviewees against the criteria.
• The ATS should also offer various views to see the current stage of each active job.
• Automated emails and notifications on job search status should be easily set up for certain audiences.
• The ATS should offer scheduling assistance with an integration with Microsoft outlook that allows available times to be sent to candidates to schedule interviews.
• Additionally, candidate communications such as interview confirmations (with calendar invites) and other communications should be managed within the ATS including automated candidate communication based off process steps as well as bulk communication options.
• Interview invites should offer ability to set up virtual interviews with integrations of zoom and/or WebEx.
• The customization of job type should also have the ability to create approval queues for various needs (posting approval, offer approval, etc.).
• Again, this approval queues, while they may be templated, should be customizable for each active job.
• The ATS should also allow for reporting of where candidates come from (website that directed them to jobs page).

• The solution will be cloud-based system and accessed by common web browsers (chrome, Firefox, etc.)
• The user experience should be simple, user friendly, mobile friendly, responsive, and accessible.
