The vendor is required to provide a cloud-based electronic health records/electronic medical records system software to facilitate counseling/social work treatment notes and disability accommodations.
- This system must include functionality in the areas of patient management, appointment scheduling, compliance tracking, medical charting, online appointment setting, secure messaging and notetaking.
- The system must be password protected.
- SSO via SAML for sta;
- SCIM user provisioning or site license model (will not accept seat/user license model);
- Hosted, web-based SaaS solution (we will not accept RDP, VPN, desktop software);
- Critical data backed up on regular basis;
- Oer check-in process without exposing sensitive information, basic notes taking, pre-screening & intake forms for disability services, scheduling tools for intake, creating appointments and meetings (google calendar integration), appointment/testing reminders;
- Ability to create and host videoconferencing for telehealth visits (zoom integration);
- Ability to create and distribute notification/accommodation letters;
- Ability to attach and store medical documentation;
- Ability to track student biographical information such as name, id, cohort, county special population identifier, demographic information, academic information;
- Migration path for existing disability services information housed in titanium;
- Reporting function that provides statistical data.
- W3c WCAG 2.1 level a and AA conformance
- Ability to pull biographical information from colleague.
- Contract Period/Term: 3 years
