The Vendor is required to provide to assist with community development, environmental, public safety, education, health care, and human need services.
- Administration of the two programs (Accommodations Tax and Community Assistance) requires a large amount of staff time and resources.
- The software must include the following features:
• Ability to manage approximately 150 applications between the two grants
• Sort applications in alphabetical order for dissemination to review committee and council members
• Enable an automated hard stop for application submissions
• Prevent application submission with missing requirements such as – board of directors list, current state public charities letter, IRS letter
• Offer an instructional demo for users to help guide them through the online application process
• Scoring capabilities
• Award and reporting notifications
• Ideally, the software provider will set up the applications using the existing applications.
- The software is able to track all previous applications by subject or assigned department and allows the user to apply notes to the application.
