The Vendor is required to provide to procure translation software.
- The software would allow the team to deliver the translation of documents more quickly (decrease turn-around time).
- Trados or department-approved equivalent product must offer features like translation memories, glossary management, project management utilities, ability to translate multiple file types, and other advanced tools that streamline translation work.

• Access to translation memory (TMS)
• Auto-suggests translation suggestions from previously translated documents (using translation memory)
• Access to project management assistance
• Glossary management system
• Stores previously used terminology
• Provides content analysis
• Provides workflow tailoring to each individual
• Ability to integrate and/or support various file type applications (word, PowerPoint, excel, pdfs, etc.).
• Optical character recognition for pdfs- to extract text and convert it into a translatable format
• Editor viewer- ability to see original document and translated document side-by-side
• WYSIWYG software- allow users to see the final output of their work in real-time as they make changes, without needing to understand underlying coding.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
