The vendor is required to provide that ADA Transition Plan Services to include, but are not limited to: civil engineers, architects, and certified access specialists (CASP).
- The city is a comprehensive evaluation of its facilities in order to identify and prioritize access issues for implementation, as part of the capital improvement program.
- A report evaluating compliance with the americans with disabilities act (ADA) for the exterior of all city owned facilities including buildings, parks, and roadways
- Consultant services:
• All services necessary to provide a complete study and evaluation of all city owned facilities, parks, buildings, and roadways for compliance with ADA requirements.
- The consultant selected will be required to complete the following tasks:
• Project management.
• Perform site inspections and measurements with documentation.
• Prepare a written report identifying deficiencies.
• Prepare maps/drawings/diagrams of facilities inspected.
• Prepare spreadsheets summarizing each facility inspected and findings.
• Prepare cost estimates for recommended improvements.
