The vendor is required to provide the maintenance commercial appliance(s) in the commercial kitchen and laundry building(s) on the grounds of the state.
- Service and maintenance of commercial dishwasher, garbage disposal, commercial washer, commercial dryer
- Up to 6 service calls for commercial dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer, and dryer, each, per quarter.
- Quarterly maintenance servicing for all listed equipment.
- Include all inspections needed to provide quotes not covered under regular maintenance and/or preventative maintenance.
- Transportation charge to be included in contract.
- Labor, parts, and shipping for supplies and materials to be included.
- Provide all materials, parts, and labor being requested.
- Provide all inspections and testing for all kitchen equipment and laundry appliances listed.
- Provide safety signs, barricades, and other devices necessary for the safety and convenience of the general public. contractor shall at all times conduct his/her work to assure the least possible disruption to normal public traffic (vehicular and pedestrian) and allowing for the free flow of traffic and public right-of way.
- Shirts are required to be worn at all times on the work site, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, no radios or headsets are allowed.
