The vendor is required to provide employee background screenings to include SSN trace - in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
- Background screenings within 3-5 business days of receiving the request.
- Background check report must include:
• SSN trace - (id verification) last 7 yr. address history.
• SSN validation from the social security administration (SSA), including state issued and date range.
• Identify aliases, additional names, address history associated with the SSN by searching credit files, national databases, real property records and voter registration.
• Verification if a death benefit has been paid on the SSN.
• National security;
• National criminal; and
• National sex offender details.
- The report must include:
• Booking records;
• Felony and misdemeanor criminal convictions; and
• Prison, parole, and probation information obtained from county and municipal courts, state departments of corrections files, and state and county criminal records repositories.
- The report must include records from:
• Sex offender registries including 49 states, Guam, Puerto Rico and tribal territories.
