The vendor is required to provide a new point of sale (POS) system with integrated back office and ecommerce.
- The system must be in place and operational by July 1, 2025.

• Must have the capability to integrate accounts receivables with our current financial system (currently workday)
- Ordering, receiving & invoicing within the system
• Must have a component in place to create purchase orders
• Must have a component in place to receive merchandise to a purchase order
• Must have a component in place to create and enter invoices for merchandise.
• Must have reporting capabilities for all product management components
- Full integration to an ecommerce site to eliminate multiple platforms
• System must have an integrated ecommerce site with the back-office system
• System must have multi-device support
• System must have fully integrated web order fulfillment
• Must support multiple shipping platforms
• Must have ability to add images to products
• Must have ability to email customers from within system

• Must be able to operate a mobile device to perform sales transactions and process credit card transactions in satellite locations on campus using WIFI

• Must be able to perform annual physical inventory on a mobile device (iPAD)
