The Vendor is required to provide can assist with sign supply and installation for agency and downtown campuses.
- Sign supply and installation
• Supply and install signs;
• Install signs provided by college;
• Supply signs to be installed by college;
• Design, supply, and install signs; and
• High-quality installations such as campus-wide branding.
- Installation requirements
• Installation may require the use of elevated ladders or scaffolding, specialized fastening devices, and specific adhesives, all of which shall be supplied by the contractor;
• Multiple trained individuals may be required to perform the installation safely;
• Responsible for providing their own fall protection if required;
• Must have experience mounting installations on a variety of surfaces;
• Responsible for pre-site inspections, as needed, to assess or confirm project scope, and identify any special materials required for installation or removal to the site; and
• Removal and disposal of old signage.
- Provide the following, including but not limited to:
• Various flat signs such as washroom signs, parking, no-smoking, and no idling;
• Door room number plates;
• Classroom/office/room signs sized 6 x 6 and 8 ½ x 11 with braille for visually impaired;
• Large wall graphics, elevator graphics, suspended vinyl banners;
• Mounted internal signs, hanging from ceiling wayfinding signs;
• Adhesive backed sign installations onto glass, concrete, wood, drywall, metal, or painted surfaces; and
• Exterior building signage.
