The Vendor is required to provide to standardize parking lot signage and to create coherent parking markers to assist in wayfinding throughout the state campus.
- The signage contractor will need to fabricate and install (28) monument pedestals and (2) building-mounted signs.
- The sign design and details are complete.
- The project does not require a building permit with the state.
- The project shall include all work needed for a complete, “ready to use” site.
- Construction will be performed in cooperation with school.
- The work includes, but is not limited to, site demolition/preparation, protective barriers, sign fabrication, structural foundation, sign installation, site staging, utility locates, and removal of refuse.
- There is no lighting or utility upgrades required for this project.
- Keys for rooms and blaster cards for buildings are available through Access Services.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
