The vendor is required to provide contractor for cctv security camera design and upgrades at various city facilities.
- Includes conducting site assessments, providing design services, and supplying, installing, and commissioning new avigilon cameras.
- The services will cover upgrades at multiple city facilities and sites, with each individual project ranging from $10,000 to $200,000.
- Include for services:
• Planning and design concepts and strategies for new cctv systems
• The removal and replacement of old cameras, installation of new cameras, network integration, and full commissioning of the system.
• Annual maintenance of existing cctv camera infrastructure
• The contractor will also be responsible for providing documentation, user training, and post-installation fine-tuning.
• Ongoing product support and roadmap of avigilon platform changes
• The contract will require adherence to specific technical and equipment standards, including the use of avigilon cameras and related network infrastructure.
• All work must comply with provincial regulations, including electrical safety standards.
