The vendor is required to provide certified investment advisor services not to exceed ten (10) pages (excluding addenda, resumes/curricula vitae and other supporting information).
- Provide a brief description of the advisor's overall business philosophy, your strengths in the state certified investment advisory marketplace and what distinguishes you in the services you offer from other advisors.
- All type-written material should be on paper no larger than 8-1/2 x 11 inches, using an easily legible and recognized font, not less than 11-point in size.
- If used, footnotes should be no smaller than 10-point.
- If paper copies are submitted, special covers or bindings are discouraged – a single staple in the upper left-hand corner is preferred.
• Perform a cash balance analysis to help determine potential investment opportunity.
• Develop an investment strategy in accordance with the requirements of the act.
• Create and manage an investment portfolio.
• Provide timely reporting and regular updates to the district on portfolio performance including monthly statements.
• Maintain full transparency on investment purchases and fees.
