The Vendor is required to provide a claims management software solution specific to student health services in a higher education environment.
- Provide continuous, quality medical care, Clemson University is seeking a cloud-based, vendor hosted claims management system.
- This claims management system will provide a gateway from the current medical management system to the insurance companies.
- Cloud-based hosting off-site, in the states
- Must meet FERPA and HIPAA requirements for security of student and other patient/client information.
- HIPPA compliant 835 and 837 files.
- must be willing to sign student health services (SHS) business associate agreement (baa).
- Shall only use university wordmarks and other brand identity assets on its website and otherwise, only when it has received prior written permission from university’s office for each wordmark or brand asset that it intends to use.
- Use of said wordmarks and brand identity assets shall be permissive only so long as there is a valid, effective agreement between the parties and in a manner explicitly approved by creative services.
- Solutions must be approved and natively supported within the point & click electronic medical records (EMR) system.
