The vendor is required to provide that cleaning services including vacuums and floor polishers, at no additional costs.
-Services include: Restroom Cleaning
•Vacuum entryway and door mats and sweep under the mats.
•Vacuum and/or damp mop under the mats as needed.
•Carpet and area rugs must be vacuumed and spot cleaned as necessary.
•Hardwood floors must be dust mopped, swept and cleaned.
•Tiled floors must be swept, mopped, and sanitized with close attention paid to the children/student areas.
•Office floors shall be cleaned daily using techniques such as damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming and appropriate equipment.
•Tables, chairs, file cabinets must be dusted on a daily rotation.
•Kitchens: All trash cans shall be emptied daily and the soiled bag replaced. Trash cans shall be wiped down. Spot clean all areas including counters and appliances of fingerprints, marks, etc., kitchen counters shall be cleaned and disinfected, and table/chairs wiped.
•Open Spaces and Community Rooms: Tables and chairs cleaned. Floors swept and wet mopped daily. Dust mop as needed. Trash cans emptied daily and soiled bags replaced. Light switches and door knobs wiped down.
•Lobby and Common Areas: Empty trash cans daily. Spot clean window and doors. Clean and sanitize water fountains. Polish metal surfaces. Spot clean furniture.
•Gym Areas: Empty trash. Remove all clothes left behind. Dust mop and spot clean the gym floor.
•All areas such as bookshelves, desks and tables shall be dusted.
•Dust blinds thoroughly to remove dust, cobwebs, and similar deposits from all surfaces of the blinds.
•All glass partitions, glass doors and walls (interior and exterior of building) shall be cleaned.
•Window sills, ledges, chair rails and baseboards shall be dusted
