• Weekly supply and delivery of products to the sanitation headquarters during peak season may 1 to October 31.
• As needed, supply and delivery of products to the sanitation headquarters during off-season between November 1 to April 30.
• All deliveries to cypress hills interprovincial park require a phone call to the park administration, prior to arrival, to ensure a staff member is on site to accept the delivery at the sanitation headquarters.

• Provide the unloading of delivered goods on-site, and all manpower and materials used for handling equipment necessary to perform this service.
• Ensure all invoicing is received by pcs upon delivery of goods.
• Invoicing address will be provided to the successful supplier in the resulting agreement.
• Replace items damaged through delivery or through transportation and delivery at no additional cost to pcs.
• Remove all surplus materials and debris post-delivery.
• Repair or replace dispensers that are vandalized or in disrepair.
• When quoting products other than Tork, remove all existing dispensers, replace and install with new product dispensers at no cost.
• Provide quarterly usage reports to government.
• The reports should include but are not limited to item number(s), unit of measure, number of items purchased, description of product that includes make, model, and total spend to date.
