RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide cleaning services for include:
- The cleanings are to take place during the following period as follows: august 2025, December 2025, and April 2026 during Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
• During the first initial service, the vendor is to complete the profile first. after profile is established and approved by agency 2, the vendor can return to complete the service.
• Vendor is to provide a document of the results that identifies the waste that is being removed (e.g. chemicals, oils, etc.)
• 2- 1,500-gallon grease traps (1 at 3599 and 1 at 3589)
• 1 – 600-gallon oil separator with 30 feet of floor drain at 3589 big ridge road

• 1 – 500-gallon oil separator with 120 of floor drain in e-502/504
• All drains require line jetting. line jet lines from the main line to the trap in the parking lot. 170' and 235' in length.
• Cleaning and line jetting for small grease traps located in the CTE culinary spaces for a total of 5 grease traps and lines.
• The vendor must lance the discharge lines from classrooms to the grease traps.
